Hi everyone, hope you all are doing good. As winters began we all want something yummy in evening tea time. So today I thought to share my favorite tea recipe is ‘Aloo pyaja pakode or hari chatni’ .
We all love to have pakode but aloo pyaja ke pakode has a special place in the list and method of making it also in each n every house. But sometimes after making so much effort we don’t get that crunchy taste in our pakode.
Pakode with hari chatni is all time favorite snack for all Indians.
So I thought to share my secret recipe which will definitely bring that crunchy flavor or taste in your pakode.
This recipe of aloo pyaja pakode or hari chatni is very easy and you can prepare it with the ingredients which are easily available in our house. So let’s start making it.
Steps to follow while making aloo pyaja ke pakode or hari chatni:-
- Take a big bowl and put 2chopped onions , 1chopped potato and 2chopped green chilli.
- Add 1small bowl of gram flour (besan) in it.
- Now add 1/2tsp caram seeds (ajawain), 1/2tsp turmeric powder, 1/2tsp red chilli powder and salt to taste.
- First Mix all the ingredients together without adding any water .
- After mixing it start adding water little by little and make a batter ready.
- Don’t make a runny batter. Your batter should be in medium consistency.
- Now give a rest for 5mins to batter. Meanwhile we will prepare the hari chatni.
- Take a grinder jar and add handful of coriander leaves, 3 garlic gloves, 2green chilli, 1inch ginger and 1chopped tomatoes.
- Now add 1/2tsp salt, pinch of black salt and 1tsp roasted cumin seeds- powder.
- Close the grinder jar and make a fine paste with the help of mixer grinder.
- After 2mins of mixing in the mixer grinder your chatni will ready to serve.
- Now take it out in bowl.
- Heat the oil in kadhi and take small portions of batter with the help of your hand in the shape of pakode and put it in that hot oil one by one.
- When all the pakode is fried take them out.
- Now serve the pakode with chatni .
