what is Bel fruit?
Bel fruit is also known as wood apple or aegle marmelos . It is a unique fruit with hard shell and a sweet aromatic pulp. It is commonly found in India and southeast Asia.
Bel juice is great way to stay hydrated and boost your immune system because it is rich in vitamins and minerals. In this blog post we will walk through the simple and easy bel juice recipe.

Steps to follow while making bel juice:-
- Break the bel:- The outer shell of bel is hard so we have to use hammer or you can also use belan just like me to break it.

- scoop out the pulp:- Using the spoon scoop out the soft, fibrous pulp from inside the fruit.

- Mash the pulp:- Now start mashing the pulp with your hands and also add water in it. This will release the juice from the pulp and water will help you in mashing process.

- Sweeten the juice:- Add some sugar according to your preference and mix it properly.

- Strain the juice:- Using the fine sieve or muslin cloth, strain the mixture into another bowl or jug, pressing the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.

- Serve:- Pour the juice into glasses. If you wish you can garnish it with mint leaves.

Points to remember while making Bel juice:-
- Don’t make the paste or puri of pulp into grinder jar. It will turn bitter in taste.
- While mashing the pulp add water, it will making mashing process easy.
- Before serving the juice put it in refrigerator, it will make your chilled and refreshing.
