Hello everyone , hope you all are good in this pandemic time of coronavirus. I am here to share my recipe of ‘Paneer ki sabji’.
As difficult days of Coronavirus is going on so we all have to take good care of ourselves and our family members and also avoid the wastage of food because it is difficult to get the things easily.
What we should do:-
We should try to utilise each and every thing which we have right now specially the food products.
I know you all will said it is difficult because summer season but I must say if we try to not to waste the food then we will definitely make it. So I made paneer from curdling of milk and after that its sabji.

Summer is here so mostly in our house milk ejaculation (dudh fatna) or curdling of milk happens. So I thought instead of throwing it why not make something useful from it .so I take out chenna from it leave it for about 4 to 5 hours.which turn out to paneer.
Paneer is a fresh cheese common in India. It is good source of protein. Paneer is also like a chicken for vegetarians (just a joke).
1 bowl milk
Ginger garlic paste
Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
1. Heat the oil in kadhai and put 1/2tsp of cumin seeds .
2.Now add the ginger garlic paste and onion paste and start stirring until it gets browned.
3.Add all the spices like turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and continue stirring.
4.After the spices get cooked add a bowl of milk and make the flame slow.
5.After sometimes you will see the spices leaves the oil .Then add some water into it and stir it.
6.Put some salt and garam masala into it and mix it and let it boil.
7.After some time add the paneer into it and cook it for 10 to 20 mins. Until gravy gets thick.
8.At last close the flame and serve it to your near and dear ones.
