Hi friends, how are you all? Today’s recipe is ‘Crispy Aloo bhujia’. This recipe or a dish belongs to state of Bihar. Mithila is also a part of Bihar state so this dish is also cook there. This recipe of aloo is love by all specially children loves it so much. You can made this recipe in breakfast, lunch and dinner also. It is all time dish.
Memories with dish
During my childhood days i usually take aloo bhujia and paratha with achar in my lunchbox. I still how my friends wait for my lunch box to open so that they can have it. Then i don’t know why they like it so much but now i know the reason because simple things gives us most pleasure of life.
During my school days we finish the lunch before the lunch break so that we can utilise that time for playing and make it more memoriable time of our life.
All time dish
Aloo bhujia is all time dish . You can also call it Indian French fries. There is 2 types of aloo bhujia. You can have it with roti, rice or paratha. It will go with all of them.
First one is in which you can put onion and ginger.
Second one is for pure vegetarian persons who don’t even eat onion also.
Vegetarians aloo bhujia
In this recipe you should not add onions and ginger while making crispy aloo bhujia.
And this process of making aloo bhujia make it more crispy but you should remember that while making aloo bhujia without onions and ginger you have to stir them more and it will cook more fast then onion aloo bhuji.

Points to remember while making crispy aloo bhujia:-
- Cook it only on slow flame otherwise it will not turn crispy.
- Add onions after it get 5% cooked otherwise onions get overcooked.
- You can avoid ginger or onion if you not like it.
- Wash the aloo before cutting them.
